Major renovation and restoration of an historic academic building at the center of Atlantic Union College in Lancaster, MA. While maintaining the historic integrity of the building, the architectural objectives are to create new and update existing classrooms, meeting rooms, chapel and offices. A new elevator and all utilities are planned as well. 16,000-SF on four levels, including occupied basement.
